A round-cut colored gemstone centered between two emerald-cut diamonds, one above and one below. The vertical arrangement draws a clean line at the ear, the colored stone catching light differently from the step-cut diamonds on either side. Available in deep blue sapphire, vivid green emerald, or rich red ruby, each in two sizes.
