Damage or Repair Needs

If your jewelry is damaged after purchase, please contact us through our inquiry form. We'll ask you to provide photos or details about the piece's condition so we can assess whether repair is possible. Once evaluated, we'll provide a repair cost estimate and timeline.

For manufacturing defects: We cover all repair costs and international shipping both ways.

For damage due to wear or accidents: Repair costs and return shipping (including any applicable taxes, duties, or tariffs) are the customer's responsibility.

Please note: Depending on the extent of damage or the specific piece, repair may not be possible in all cases.

Ring Resizing

If you need to resize your ring after purchase, please contact us at contact-us@mgrace-jwl.com. We'll provide a resizing cost estimate and timeline based on your specific piece.

Resizing costs and return shipping (including any applicable taxes, duties, or tariffs) are the customer's responsibility.

Important: Not all rings can be resized. Full eternity rings and certain designs with stones set around the entire band cannot be resized due to their construction. We strongly recommend professional sizing consultation before purchase.

Single Earring Replacement

Lost one earring? We can recreate a single earring to match your existing piece. This is a custom order—please contact us at contact-us@mgrace-jwl.com with details about your original purchase, and we'll provide pricing and timeline.

Replacement costs and shipping (including any applicable taxes, duties, or tariffs) are the customer's responsibility.

International Shipping Notice:

All non-warranty services require return shipping from your location to Japan. Customers are responsible for:

  • Outbound shipping costs to our workshop
  • Return shipping costs back to you
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or tariffs in your country

We provide insured shipping labels for warranty claims at no cost to you.
